TEC Multi Range

The TEC Multi Range enhances performance, productivity and efficiency.

Each unit is compatible with zero-point plates for accurate repeatability and reduced handling. With the TEC Multi Range you can Achieve 5-axis capability on your 3-axis machine.

The 96mm & 52mm stud pattern fits HWR SOLIDPoint as well as units from Lang, Schunk, Roemheld, Gerardi and others and utilises HWR SOLIDGrip vices. The units are available in different sizes and different angles to suit your requirements.

MultiRad

Ideal for prototyping and small batch work where 4th and 5th axis machine tools are not financially viable.

Benefits Include:

• Easily creates 5-sided machining on a 3-axis machine
• Use as standard 90° angle block to take 52 centred vices and fixtures.
• Adjust to any angle 0° – 90° and reposition the vice to achieve the desired position.
• Enhance positional capability using our digital inclinometer – accurate to 0.1°.
• No longer any need for a sine table.
• Can be clamped directly to the machine table or used with 52 centred SOLIDPoint or Lang style
zero-point plates.
• Can be used with other units from our Multi Range.
• Use with MultiRise to achieve even further positioning.
