Pole Extensions for Square Pole Clamping Systems
Mobile and fixed pole extensions in the square pole clamping system allow secure clamping of wavy or warped metal parts. They adjust to your workpiece, providing precise clamping, and enable individual contact points between the magnetic clamping plate and the workpiece. Pole extensions can be easily added or removed for custom clamping solutions, and allow for five-sided machining, including drilling through and machining inner edges on magnetically clamped workpieces.
Made from high-quality special steel, our pole extensions are designed for low-vibration machining, protecting the magnetic clamping plate, and offering flexibility in clamping height. They ensure interference-free contouring and problem-free detachment of high-alloy or hardened materials.
