How the INOZet® works
The INOZet® system uses an oscillating, self-compensating mechanism beneath its 6 jaws to maintain true centric clamping. This intelligent compensation ensures that all clamping points apply equal pressure, allowing them to adapt evenly to the surface of the workpiece.
In traditional systems with more than three clamping points, a lack of compensation can result in over-determined clamping, which forces the workpiece into a distorted position – especially problematic for thin-walled components. INOZet® eliminates this risk by allowing each jaw to move slightly and independently, delivering secure clamping without deformation.
Thanks to the serrated upper surfaces of the pendulum jaws, a single set of top jaws (6 pieces) can cover the entire diameter range of the chuck. That means one jaw set is suitable for both small and large workpieces, as well as for internal and external clamping.
Both hard jaws for first operations and soft jaws for finishing can be used – making the INOZet® system a versatile solution for various machining tasks.
